This summer, we’re launching The Council Clown Show on YouTube—because apparently reality needed a laugh track and a rewrite. Featuring Jim Paine in full animated glory, we’re taking his greatest hits—those “technically not lies if you squint hard enough” moments—and giving them the Hanna-Barbera treatment.
